Triangle Club Virtual 5K
Spirit of Recovery ~ Ride Race Ramble
September 18th, 19th, or 20th
For 2020 the Triangle Club’s 5k will be a Virtual event ~ The Spirit of Recovery ~ Ride Race Ramble encourages everyone to be active in the Spirit of Recovery.
Participation in this virtual event is a great way to motivate one another while helping save the lives of those suffering from addiction. The focus of this year’s event is to encourage everyone to get moving and be safe! You can RIDE a horse, RACE a bike, or RAMBLE along a trail…or any other activity – it’s all good!

Participate from ANYWHERE~ safely~ during recovery month on September 18, 19, or 20th in the spirit of recovery.
Register online for $25 online and receive a T-shirt at the conclusion of the event.
All proceeds directly benefit the Triangle Club and supporting recovery from addiction.

Narcan is the brand name for naloxone, a medication designed to rapidly reverse opioid overdose. Learn about this life saving medication and how to administer it in during this class. The Triangle Club has a supply of NARCAN kits, courtesy of our partners in recovery SOS, available to those who might want it.

Join us for this creative way to socialize with old and new friends while you create a masterpiece. At paint night you learn to paint by a teacher that will lead you through your painting step by step helping you create the image yourself. It’s therapeutic, for real, painting is good for you! It’s great to get out and do something with your hands where you can relax in a safe space and give your brain a little vacation

Knitting is a very social hobby. Let’s come together and learn something new or maybe you are an experienced knitter who would love knit with others and share your expertise! We can learn to knit beautiful things for ourselves or to help others in our community. This is another activity to help you relax and share time with others. It will bring people together and allow us to knit through life’s challenges.

You do not need to be good at reading or writing to enjoy this class. It is about sharing your story. It starts with a writing prompt, a picture, a word, a sentence or an object given to you, then you write whatever comes to you. In the following weeks you will share your writings and receive new prompts. This class is about sharing what you have to say.

First Seacoast Bank will present this ongoing course for individuals to learn the necessary skillset and knowledge to make informed and effective decisions with all their financial resources. Basic managing money, establishing credit, budgeting, and investing.
